ON THE DISTINCT UNDERSTANDING THAT: |
| 1. |
Upon completing payment for the dog I am to be provided with a
COPY of the Certificate of Registration issued by the CAWA showing the recorded
breeder of the dog.
|
| 2. |
The dog cannot be
shown in Conformation Shows or used for breeding purposes by me or any other person
and I hereby understand and agree that any progeny of the dog shall not be
eligible for registration in the records of the CAWA nor may such progeny be represented as purebred.

| 3. |
I agree to neuter the
male or spay the female within twelve months of purchase.
|
| 4. |
I agree to maintain the dog in good condition, including adherence to a regular immunization schedule,
heartworm preventative, good diet,
worming & grooming routines, and a clean and safe loving environment.

| 5. |
If at any time in its life the dog is to be sold or given away, I shall so notify the Seller and give the Seller
first option to
take the dog back.
